Overview
The Center for Professional Development collaborates with the Nursing Career Center of Connecticut (NCCC) to provide career and educational counseling and manager/supervisor training for nurses and other allied health professionals who want to advance or change careers.
The NCCC was established by the Connecticut League for Nursing and the Connecticut Nurses' Association to:
- Facilitate the recruitment of talented individuals into the profession of nursing

- Facilitate the advancement of professional nurses
- Positively reflect the nursing profession's image to the public
Managers and supervisors in the health field are also eligible for employee development and retention seminars, presented by a team of Center for Professional Development and NCCC professionals. We can also develop seminars to meet the specific needs of your health organization.
