Institute for Leadership & Talent Management
Strengthen your organization from the inside out with seminars that guide professionals in taking a leadership role in employee development and retention. By attending individual seminars or completing one of our certification programs from our Institute for Leadership & Talent Development, professionals can enhance their own career development and benefit the corporation or organization.
Seminars combine current information with practical methods that can help your organization avoid the high costs - both in dollars and debilitating "brain drain" - of losing talented, experienced employees.
The three certificate program are available: the Certificate in LeadershipExcellence; Certificate in Strategic Leadership; and the Certificate inSupervisory Excellence. All half-day seminars are approved for 2.75 CEUs and full day seminars provide 6.50 CEUs through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). All seminars are conducted by expert facilitators with years of corporate and training experience.
Professionals can take individual seminars or they can complete a certification program within one year or over several years - it's their choice. No matter how long it takes, upon completion, they will be ahead of the industry in leadership and talent management.
